Specific services may be governed by separate agreements including Statements of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreements (MSA), or Service Orders. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our Services. If using Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Interfere with service integrity or performance
• Access systems without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• We retain ownership of our proprietary materials, tools, systems, methodologies, and documentation
• You retain ownership of your content and data
• Third-party tools and software remain subject to their respective licenses

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed in connection with the Services. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, was independently developed, or is required to be disclosed by law.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure Services
• Technology and cybersecurity risks cannot be completely eliminated

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; in such cases, applicable law governs.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, to comply with legal obligations, or if continued service presents risk to security or infrastructure. You may terminate subject to any applicable written agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
